2023年、東京にて誕生した5人組ラウドロックバンド「霞」は、新たな世代を担う旗手として注目を集めている。
デビューシングル『開花』のリリースから8ヶ月、AppleMusic公式プレイリストに掲載されるなど、その存在感を示した。
さらに、壮大でドラマチックなミュージックビデオの公開に続き、2024年7月には初の主催イベントを成功裏に終え、精力的な活動を続けている。
2024年9月からは、3ヶ月連続シングルリリースを開始。その第2弾となる『盲信』は、ヘヴィネスと絡みつくようなフレージングが織りなす展開を特徴とし、バンドの技術的な進化が色濃く表れている。
音質にも徹底的にこだわり、サウンドエンジニアには赤波江敦夫氏、マスタリングエンジニアにはBernie Grundman Mastering Tokyoの前田康二氏を起用。自身のサウンドと向き合った今作は、「霞」の本質をより明確に表現している。
