"Not Equal Sign" is the second Vocaloid song by "Rapiopi." Featuring a poignant electro-pop sound, the song delicately portrays the protagonist's feelings and struggles for an unattainable love, likened to a flower on a high peak.

For the first time using Kagamine Rin, this work marked RapioPi's debut submission to the Vocaloid Collection. The song reached a momentary peak ranking of 18th place in the 2023 Spring Rookie Vocaloid Collection held in 2023.
