As Long as You're Happy

I stumbled upon an ex-partner on social media someone I thought Id never see again.
There was a new lover by their side, and they were smiling a smile I had never seen before.

"If theyre happy, then thats all that matters."

Yet, every time I tell myself that, my heart aches just a little.

I wrote this song to capture a feeling that anyone who has experienced heartbreak might recognize.
