New Steinway piano came to replace the piano I had been using since I was a student.
It is a 100-year-old antique Steinway piano.

When I let go of the piano I had been using for so long, it reminded me of so many memories and I felt so sad, and that's how I came up with this song.
I wrote this song for two pianos.

    kanakoé Her piano soundscapes are marked by a delicate touch and, at times, dynamic development. Drawing inspiration from nature-especially the breathtaking scenery of the sea - she creates her own distinctive world. Her YouTube channel, "kanakoé," has more than 24,000 subscribers. In 2020, her original song "Tsunagari" was named a Semi-Finalist in the Instrumental category of the International Songwriting Competition. In 2022, she began her solo piano career under the name kanakoé, and has since continuously released digital piano solo works inspired by nature-the sea, starry skies, and cherry blossoms among them. In 2025, she released "Tsunagari -Connected-," a piano solo arrangement of her award-winning song "Tsunagari." Since 2025, she has also been exploring new forms of expression beyond genre, including work as a mermaid performer, composing music for mermaid shows, and creating wine-themed compositions.
