Blackout curtains

A hazy mind, an evening room. The numbers announced by the thermometer are surely not because of a cold. It is because I am thinking about you twenty-four seven-this painful yet endearing "flush of love" rising from the depths of the chest is sublimated into a modern indie R&B (neo-soul) track. To completely shatter any melodic predictability from all previous songs, it adopts a breathy, floating vocal line that sings the entire chorus solely in a sweet and sorrowful "falsetto." A minimalist ensemble built on an "aesthetic of subtraction" that strips down instrumental parts to the absolute limit emotionally conveys the temperature of the room and the feelings escalating past the point of no return, delivering a truly trendy track.
