Aika Sekiyama covers Chihiro Onitsuka's "Memai."
With a clear, unguarded voice, she gently traces the lingering emotional turbulence within.
The urge to cling to someone while hiding vulnerability, the desire to hear "It's going to be okay," and the fear of fully believing it--
she approaches these conflicting emotions with care, bringing together each word and melody.
A song that lingers quietly, leaving a lasting impression.
