YUKI
A singer-songwriter who attracts listeners with her powerful singing voice, catchy melodies, and lyrics with messages. Born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. She loved singing from an early age. Since then, she has had a vague dream of becoming an artist and moving people with her songs. She began to want to realize this dream. In 2001, she performed her first street live show, and in 2005, she started composing her own songs. After receiving vocal training and honing her skills, she joined an entertainment production company in Tokyo. In 2007, she participated in the omnibus CD "Future" under the name Itsuki, and also appeared at the release live show at Shibuya Asia. Her influences in songwriting include the aforementioned Λucifer, Repezen Foxx (now Candy Foxx), B'z, and Jin Akanishi. Her motto is to create catchy and melodic sounds that naturally stick in the ears of listeners, both in Japan and abroad, while taking advantage of the delicate expressions and easy-to-understand messages that are only possible in Japanese music. Currently, she is freelancing on various social media, music distribution sites, YouTube, etc., and released her first single, Freedom (iTunes peak #39) on April 15, 2021, followed by her second single, Keep Only One Lady (iTunes peak #39) on June 3, her third single, Akatsuki (iTunes peak #58) on July 21, the instrumental YUKI OFFICIAL STUDIO PRO 01 (iTunes peak #101) on August 22, and her fourth single, Gyakuyume (Reverse Dream) on November 1. In addition, all of the songs she has released so far have been ranked in the iTunes electronic charts.
