YUKKO!
A female rapper based in Tokyo. Centered on hip-hop, she transcends genres from ragga to world music, allowing her to freely ride and play with any beat. Through her live performances, she continues to experiment and hone her skills every day. She captivates listeners with expressive, relatable lyrics and a unique rhythmic style; her rap, which resonates in the mid-to-low range, is even addictive. Her work with "HAHAOYA BUNKAMURA," the group that inspired her to start rapping, has been remarkable, having released four singles to date. In 2025, she appeared as a featured artist on DJ KENSEI + YUIMA ENYA's "Hyottoko." That same year, she released "LOOK UP & WALK" with J.A.K.A.M. and EARL BROOKS. In 2026, she appeared as a featured artist on SUEPON's "Psychedelic Freedom Fighter" and "Steppin' Survivor." Alongside her solo work, she is currently producing collaborative tracks with a diverse range of artists.
IZPON
Percussionist / Producer / DJ. He has participated in numerous groups and units--including AOA, a psychedelic jam band led by Hilah of Boredoms, and NXS, led by JUZU a.k.a. MOOCHY--for live and studio recordings. After performing at Fuji Rock Festival as a member of AOA and completing live shows and recordings in Australia, he moved to Cuba in 2001. In Cuba, he studied batá drums, rumba, and other African dance music under Angel Bolaños, one of the five great batá drummers. He worked as a batá drummer in Santería, a religious ritual of African origin. He returned to Japan in 2006. As a percussionist, he actively participated in various groups, including KINGDOM AFROCKS, BANDERAS, Orquesta Nudge! Nudge!, and as the bandleader of Chinza Dopeness & Doping Band. He has also been involved in music production and composition, such as the "Everybody's Golf 5" TV Ad and the NHK Taiga drama "Naotora: The Lady Warlord" promotional video. As a DJ, he has performed with "Little" Louie Vega of MAW and at major events like BASSCAMP, organized by DJ KENTARO, and Fuji Rock 2013. In recent years, he has played percussion for the opening theme and soundtrack of the NHK Taiga Drama "Idaten" and is in "el tempo" led by Kavka Shishido, and DENGARYU BAND. He is also working on a solo project called Izfono a.k.a. Izpon, based on a concept that combines machines, percussion, and vocals.
