I avoided black companies and chose to work at a "white" company-on paper, a well-balanced, comfortable environment. And yet, I feel depressed. Stressed. Isolated.
The seat next to mine, for a remote colleague, remains empty.
No one talks to me. No support, no pressure, no guidance from my boss-the compass I thought I had. Just silence.
I'm surrounded by freedom, and yet I feel trapped.
The autonomy I once craved has turned into confusion, leaving me with no clear direction.
There's no one I can talk to honestly. I can't open up or ask for help without hesitation.
My heart is full of things I can't say out loud. An inner scream-twisted into emotional noise.

Both black and white workplaces come with their own kind of suffering.
In this so-called "Reiwa era," the act of working itself feels suffocating.

This song is a reflection of that reality.
