By stripping away the environmental sounds and documentary elements of the original, the album has been sharpened to its absolute core-leaving only the loneliness and scars of everyday life to resonate purely as song.
Artist Profile
Akihiko Matsuo
Self-proclaimed expressionist. Born in 1983, Miyazaki, Japan. In 2009, made his major debut as the bassist and vocalist of GENERAL HEAD MOUNTAIN under Nippon Columbia. After the band breakup, continued his creative journey with JELLYFiSH FLOWERS and beyond, drifting along at his own pace to this day.
