Charmelle Faye Simando Badiola, also known as CHARMELLE, is a 15-year-old local singer from the City of Naga, Bicol Region, Philippines. She started her passion for singing when she was still a little girl. Charmelle joined campus singing competitions when she was in elementary and consistently won as 1st placer. She likewise joined various modeling and beauty pageants inside and outside of school and won various awards and titles. Some of her notable awards are; Level Up Pinoy 2021 Semi-finalist Bicolano Idol 2021 2nd Runner Up Mutya ng Wika 2019 Title Holder, Secondary Level Naga City DepEd Division Little Miss Bicolandia 2014 Title Holder Artistarz Academy Bicol Invasion 2017 Talent Workshop- Valedictorian Bicolano King & Queen of the Ramp 2017, 1st Runner Up Bicol Fashionista Ramp Modelling 2017 2nd Runner Up Ms.MCHL 2017 Title Holder Through talent workshops, she honed her skills not just in singing, but dancing, modelling and acting as well. The workshops were vital for her in narrowing down her choices. Later on, she finally settled down on her singing prowess. During the pandemic, she joined several online singing competitions in Facebook and Kumu. Sometime in November of 2021, she was discovered by Mr. Ong, a lyricist and a composer. And she was offered to sing his original composition, entitled 'Bestfriend'. The song was her very first single and upon release of that song, sometime in January of 2022, she is consistently garnering guestings/invitations and appearances from various radio stations and live shows on different social media platforms. Charmelle made it to the international grounds through live guestings. She made her first international appearance on Facebook!Live Show at "TINIG PINOY Special Edition" , hosted by Kuya Dan de Castro. The show or the online radio station was based in Canada. Her first radio guesting(mainstream) was in Naga City, when she was invited by Ms. Antonette Eduardo, host of I love You Sabado, Radyo Natin 89.5 FM Naga. She appeared in more or less 50 guestings while promoting her very first original single. As a singer, it is her goal to write and perform songs to inspire people in her generation. She's hoping that you can join her in her journey as she showcase her talent in singing.
