NOBUHISA KINASHI
NOBU (Nobuhisa Kinashi) released a new album titled "MY STORY" on January 23, 2026.
The recording took place at four different locations and was produced over the course of about one year. The album condenses NOBU's personal story as a Christian into a single work. The songs include hymns, gospel songs, and NOBU's original hymns. The lyrics are in two languages: English and Japanese. The 4th and 7th tracks, "My Story" are spoken narrations by NOBU.
The album also features guest female vocalist Rahel and modern hymn composer Jun Sasaki on piano, adding greater depth and variety to the sound. With a total length of about 30 minutes, this work is perfectly suited for listening during commutes to work or school.
Centered on piano and vocals, it is a piece that can warmly soothe and comfort the listener at the start of the day.
