「ヘヴィメタルで、世界中の労働者に元気を与える！」をスローガンに掲げて活動する、日本のヘヴィメタルアーティスト Eighty's Mind Judgement（EMJ／エイティズ・マインド・ジャッジメント）。 会社員として働く傍ら音楽制作を続けるソロプロジェクトであり、仕事・社会・人間の精神性をテーマにしたヘヴィメタル作品を発表している。2025年に活動を開始。 音楽スタイルは1980年代トラディショナル・ヘヴィメタルの様式美を基盤とし、アルバム単位での作品制作を重視。各楽曲の完成度に加え、収録曲全体のテーマやストーリー性まで設計したコンセプトアルバムとして作品を構築している。 読書や思索、会社員としての実体験が創作に大きな影響を与えており、社会や組織の課題、人間賛歌、自己肯定感をテーマとしたメッセージ性の強い歌詞を展開。 代表シリーズ「Corporate Warrior」では、会社員を主役に据え、働く人々の葛藤や挑戦をヘヴィメタルで描く。代表作に「Corporate Warrior」「瑞穂の魂（Mizuho no Tamashii）」「Born of Many Lives」などがある。 フルアルバムは、1st『First Meltdown』のほか、『Edge of the Knife』『Heavy Duty』『Awakening of Recognition』『Mighty Souls』『Mission of Humanity』『We Become What We See』を発表。 楽曲は Spotify、Apple Music、YouTube Music、Amazon Music、iTunes など主要音楽配信サービスで配信中。
