ALL CITY's debut full-length album.

This nine-track release translates the emotions, events, and individual backgrounds of the members-accumulated throughout their journey so far-directly into music.

"BLACK BLACK" was produced by ALL CITY's own producer, Hiro.

"We're ALL CITY" and "Disgrace Sun" express the group's left-leaning ideology and messages regarding society and established values.

"Underdog!!!" is a song written by vocalist KD for guitarist S.Y.
Now that S.Y. has returned to ALL CITY after previously leaving the band, the song carries a different significance than it did originally.

The closing track, "Where is my nationality???," reflects the thoughts of vocalist KD-born to a Chinese mother and a father who was a second-generation "Japanese orphan left in China" (a *zanryū koji*)-regarding his roots, identity, and nationality as a third-generation member of that group.

Departures and returns, a sense of dissonance with society, and one's own roots.

This debut album encapsulates the time ALL CITY has spent on its journey and the band as it stands today.
