スマホゲーム「ファントム オブ キル」の人気キャラクター、ティファレトのキャラクターソング。本作はアートディレクターである木村将人の全面プロデュース第2弾。作曲・編曲は有名アーティストの楽曲も数多く手掛けるYocke。タイトルはラテン語で「盲目の聖女」を意味し、「献身」を主題に神として人々を救う存在である彼女の本質に迫る。サンプリングされた有機的な音色がリズムを紡ぎ、幾重にも重なるボーカルが美しい旋律を奏でる。全編英語で展開する歌詞についても聖鎖（ジェイル）・誓約（コール）というキャラクターの両面性を表すために、「ダブル歌詞」という独創的な表現に挑戦した意欲作。カップリング曲『永遠Spring…』は2019年の同ゲーム海上編テーマソング「永遠Summer…」をティファレトのソロver.としてアイドルポップを意識した春らしい華やかな楽曲にリアレンジ。
