From a dog's perspective

An old man who has overcome the ups and downs of life and now retired

There's nothing to do, but he's a little happy

The smell of baking bread

and coffee.

I'll be woken up soon.

But there's nothing to do even if I wake up.

I'll sit on the sofa under a blanket

and drink coffee...

It's still dark and too early for a walk...


But when I go out,

I'll go back to sleep.
