Yin: Constraint & Conflict Master of Self ~ Overcoming the Unreasonableness of Heartbreak ~
Growth is the Compass that Transcends the Unreasonable
This song is not music intended to merely explain emotions.
Loss, deprivation, and realities that couldn't be changed.
In the face of these, how does one stand up?
We want you to feel the presence of "habit," born from taking hesitant steps over and over, and the strength to face the fear that trembles deep within your chest.

Song Background and Theme
Yin = Constraint & Conflict
The moment when you feel crushed by present realities like heartbreak or general unreasonableness. This song depicts what a person does and how they move to reclaim themselves in that moment.
The "I" and "Me" are Your Truth
The "I" and "Me" that appear in this song are entirely the author's truth, and simultaneously, they reside within the heart of you, the listener. It is intended to be received not as a personal experience, but as a universally relatable sensation.
Habit, Action, Word, and Connection
The music expresses the "trajectory of action"-the gradual forward movement-while one is on the verge of being overwhelmed by emotion.

Recommended Way to Listen
Don't overthink; don't search for meaning; just feel it with your body.
It's enough if only the phrases or melodies that catch your attention remain.
Wait for the moment when it naturally clicks.
It's not about intellectual comprehension; the moment your body accepts it, it becomes a step toward freedom within yourself.

This song is the First Chapter of the three-part series "Yin & Yang Four Principles: The Equilibrium of Waxing and Waning"**.
As the start of the narrative that continues from Yin to Yang and then to the Integration of Yin and Yang, it gently illuminates your own inward journey.

Each track is based on the sound generated by Suno AI, with me (Street Acupuncturist AgE) personally pursuing a unique listening experience through lyric additions/revisions, vocal and composition production, and final mixing/mastering.
As part of my Street Acupuncture activities, I want to make acupuncture feel accessible to those who have not yet experienced it, spreading awareness of acupuncture in Japan through music!
Note: "Street Acupuncture" is defined here as dissemination activities for acupuncture through verbal explanation and QR code distribution, and does not involve treatments on the street.
Note: This music is not a substitute for medical practice but is AgE's expression of a profound worldview through music. Its purpose is for mental and physical refreshment and to gain inspiration through music appreciation.
Street Acupuncturist AgE. Based on the Survival Cycle Philosophy, I express the idea of reading the bodys reactions through music, writing, and creative activity. Street Acupuncture is not about performing treatments on the street. It is an outreach activity that shares ways of understanding the body, as well as perspectives from acupuncture and Eastern medicine, both in public spaces and online. In my music, I start from the sensibilities of Eastern medicine, such as yin and yang, the five elements, and qi, blood, and body fluids. I then combine them with modern understandings of the body and structures drawn from my own lived experience to design the lyrics, composition, and worldview. Rather than simply expressing emotion, I create music to preserve the reactions of the body, the flow of judgment, and the structure through which freedom is formed. Survival Cycle Philosophy It begins with the survival instinct. Read the bodys reactions. Keep choosing through trial and space. That is freedom. Freedom evolves and circulates. I do not present acupuncture or Eastern medicine as something to be believed in without question. Instead, I see them as one perspective for reading the body. Through music, I hope to make this world feel a little more familiar, even to people who have never encountered acupuncture or Eastern medicine before. Street Acupuncture is an outreach activity to help people learn about acupuncture. This work is not a substitute for medical treatment.
