zoo zoo sea
Formed in 2023 by a high school light music club in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, this four-piece band, all teenagers, is known for the delicate and emotional vocals of high school vocalist Yukawa Noa and their sophisticated band sound, which combines rock with elements of jazz and soul. Since their formation, they have distinguished themselves at Fukuoka Prefectural and National High School Light Music Club Competitions, and in 2024 and 2025, they were the only groups from Kyushu to advance to the 3rd Stage of the teen-only music audition "Senkou Riot" (only 37 groups left out of a total of approximately 3,300 applicants in 2025). Although they sadly missed out on a spot on the FINAL STAGE, their live video posted on YouTube for listener voting has been viewed by far the most, creating a buzz among some discerning J-POP listeners!
