  Singer/songwriter from Washington, USA. From an early age, she was exposed to gospel music and hymns under the influence of her mother. After moving to Japan, she felt uncomfortable singing in school choirs, but began writing songs for fun with friends she met in junior high school. Although she became a recluse in boarding high school, she began to develop an interest in music after improvising a song in front of her few friends and receiving praise. After that, she began to devote herself to songwriting as a way to release the pain she was going through. While continuing to be a recluse, she entered a music contest she found by chance and won a prize, which led her to believe that "music is the way to have my existence recognized.
