KAR is the Ainu word KAR meaning "to create.
Trees that have lived in the forest for a long time change their form of life and are reborn as pillars, animals, and motifs of the natural world. The music that our fathers and mothers loved is reborn as new music through the filter of crime6&matatabi.
By creating something, we are connected to a time that we could not reach. It is new and nostalgic. Crime6&matatabi is a tag team that was born from the idea of creating music that we love. In 2024, matatabi's label TMS MUSIC will release the album "KAR" digitally. matatabi and crime6 are also active as TMS MUSIC and STERUSS (ZZ PRODUCTION), respectively.

    Born in Saitama, Japan in 1990. Active mainly in Tokyo since the dawn of the lo-fi beat scene. His warm and nostalgic style has attracted attention, and he has released many works on labels around the world. After working in Tokyo, he moved to Kochi Prefecture in 2021. Currently, he continues to produce beats at his own pace in the rich natural environment.
