This is the 23rd installment of the monthly single release series, and PAZOODOG, known for their free-spirited crossover approach to reggae and hip-hop, is making their third appearance.
The theme is tavie (travel), and the song was completed by bringing together the inspiration each of them felt in different places.
The irregularly played sanshin phrases are the core, and the fantastically spreading strings and scattered single sfx are the overtones. The bass line cuts heavily into the shuffled rhythm section of percussion and breakbeats. As each part is inserted and removed, the phase shifter and echo dub effects create space.
With this sound as the foundation, PAZOODOG's lyric flow, which tells of his humorous travel experiences, and his outstanding songwriting skills make this a volume and rich content that you wouldn't expect for a total time of 3 and a half minutes.
This song is full of originality, and is recommended for those who are not bound by genre or style, but who always look south and get intoxicated by the sound as a tendency of this song.

    E.D.O.ECHO SOUNDSYSTEM With a career spanning over 30 years of track production and live performance, he has explored a wide range of genres, incorporating a variety of musical elements while authentically absorbing the history of UK dub, including digital dub, new roots, jungle, and dubstep, to create an original sound. In March 2002, he formed the dub unit "E.D.O.ECHO SOUNDSYSTEM." He has focused on live performances and has developed a unique style centered on dub sounds. He has released two albums. In 2009, he opened for Lee "Scratch" Perry & Adrian Sherwood, and in 2011, he opened for Jah Shaka's Japan tour. In March 2011, miki* left the band. JINYA relaunched the unit as DUBPROJECT, developing solo live shows titled Dub Live Sets. He continues to work with sound systems and participate in live shows and recordings by various bands and units as a dub mixer, continuing to expand the scope of his activities. Since 2022, they have been releasing singles monthly. 36 titles have been released in three years.
