Soft Enough

HIKARI

I wear my silence like a dress

Smooth on the surface, torn underneath

I learned to smile without confessing

How much the night still follows me

You never asked for broken details

Never reached in to force them out

You just stayed close enough to feel me

Without turning my shadows loud

Maybe that's why I'm losing my balance

You move like a memory I don't wanna run from

I want you, then I pull away

Like love still tastes of leaving

And I wanna fall into your arms

But my heart shakes for a reason

Every scar has made me careful

Every goodbye made me slow

But if this is not the ending

Maybe I can let you close

I used to think that love was something

Beautiful until it disappeared

A temporary kind of heaven

That always left the room too clear

But you don't touch me like a stranger

You don't hold me like a cure

You let me be my complicated

And somehow that feels more secure

And it scares me, how safe you make it

When I spent so long mistaking fear for instinct

I want you, then I pull away

Like love still tastes of leaving

I wanna melt into your warmth

But my body remembers grieving

Every scar has made me careful

Every goodbye made me slow

But if this is not the ending

Maybe I can let you close

Don't ask me to be fearless

I don't know how to be that yet

Just hold this trembling version of me

Like I'm still worth the risk

I'm not looking for forever

I just don't want to disappear

If you can stay inside this moment

Maybe I can meet you here

I want you, and I'm still afraid

But I'm tired of only hiding

I wanna lean into your light

Instead of living half-decided

Every scar has made me careful

But not too broken to be known

And if this is where love begins

Tonight, I won't sleep alone

Not healed

Not helpless

Not untouched

Still open

If you're not the end of me

Maybe you're the start

Song Introduction: "Soft Enough"

"You gradually melt away the 'barrier' I built out of fear of being hurt. It doesn't have to be perfect, as long as you hold me, trembling hands and all."

Wearing silence like a dress and hiding past pain, this song captures the fragility and conflict of attempting to reach out to someone once more. It is a supreme "Enka Neo-Soul / Kobushi Soul" track that depicts the process of a heart, made timid by past partings, saying goodbye to the days of mistaking fear for instinct and surrendering itself to a new warmth.

In the first verse, which begins with the monologue "I wear my silence like a dress...", an extremely intimate "0.0m Ultra-Dry Vocal" and "Soft Glottal Friction" unfold. A whispering voice, trembling so as not to let its scars be noticed, resonates vividly and directly in the listener's ear.

The highlight is the expression of intense conflict in the hook: "I want you, then I pull away." The languid "1.5 Beat Extreme Layback," where the vocals enter at the extreme limit of delay against the accompaniment, physically embodies the wavering of a heart that wants to move forward but finds its feet frozen. Within a sophisticated 90s R&B groove, the earthy yet poignant "passion of Showa Kayō (Kobushi)" achieves a miraculous fusion.

Toward the ending, the voice gradually lets go of fear and affirms its true self: "Not healed, Not helpless..." Even if the wounds haven't closed, the heart remains open. Along with the fading resonance of the trembling voice (... .h), a quiet determination melts into the space.

[HIKARI's Tech Note]
Based on the "HIKARI Integrated Master Protocol v7.2," this work pursues the aesthetics of "Bio-Digital Fusion" by utilizing system overload. Instructions to the AI eschew abstract emotional theories and are strictly controlled through physical behaviors such as "Airy Falsetto Exit" and "Vocal Tokenization Glitch."

Furthermore, to depict precise context and emotional transitions, a workflow was fully applied to generate the song in exactly "3 passes." By anchoring the texture of the whisper in the first pass and inserting physical breaks ([COMPLETE STOP]) between sections in the second and third passes, the emotional breaking point was gradually surpassed. This is the ultimate take, where "bugs"-such as shortness of breath and voice tremors caused by the AI struggling at the limits of its calculations-are sublimated into raw human passion.

HIKARI Artist Profile [Tagline] "A next-generation sound architect who transcends the boundaries of AI, etching 'breath' and 'passion' into the digital realm." [Artist Statement] HIKARI is an artist/producer who eliminates "randomness" in AI music generation, physically controlling emotions through precise prompt engineering. By establishing a unique vocal pronunciation control system called "HIKARI Style ID," they intentionally imbue AI's overly fluent singing voices with human imperfections such as "trembles," "sighs," and a "sense of distance." The sound moves freely between silence (a whisper at 0m) and frenzy (reverberation at 100m), providing an overwhelming sense of immersion that feels as if it is touching the listener's eardrums directly. [Musicality & Style] Cinematic Emotional Pop: A sound characterized by extreme dynamics and visual spatial design. Technical Uniqueness: Song construction in "multi-movement form" using syllable-level spelling control and physical reset structures for BPM and instrumentation. Treating AI not merely as a tool, but as an "instrument" tuned to the extreme. Hybrid Roots: While pursuing digital purity, the core hides the "passion" unique to Enka as a secret ingredient, aiming for a fusion of East and West, technology and emotion. Major Releases: "Stay Where You Are" "Diamond Dust Prayer" "Nazca Lines" "Utenai Mama" "Kowareru Kurai ni"
