Through his live performances and time studying abroad in Canada, Sato Yuki has begun to establish himself as a singer-songwriter.
His very first work, "Almost Early Songs Collection: Wherever I am SatoYuki", is now complete.

Disc 1 features six tracks written during the early days of his solo acoustic performanceslthe period when the idea for this album first took shape. The songs fully embody Yuki's unique worldview. Amid the wide variety of compositions, listeners will notice chords and melodies tinged with melancholy, lyrics that somehow make you stop and think, and a distinct sense for words. It is an emotional record that revives those unspoken feelings buried within us.

Disc 2 includes the demo tape version of "Wherever I am Sato Yuki", recorded at home during the conceptual stage. Driven by his conviction that "the first recording must be made on cassette tape" and his desire to finish before leaving for Canada, the project was a constant clash between what could and could not be compromised. Though he nearly gave up along the way, he managed to bring it to completion. Even if it might not be considered a "perfect work," the belief that there is meaning in creating something entirely on his own-from start to finish-pushed him forward. The result: seven early songs plus one newly written track.
