2024年2月にリリースされた
ロケットパンツマンズと適正手続きの保障の衝撃のスプリットアルバム 「起蒸転結」 から早一年。
さらに深みを増した続編が登場。
制作中、あまりの手応えと自らの才能に鳥肌が立ち、コンポーザー・ぽっくんは2度体調を崩した。
そのため、当初の予定より1ヶ月ほどリリースが後ろ倒しに。
現在の世相を反映し、そこに一般市民の怒りや苛立ちを乗せたリアルな歌詞と混沌を極めたトラック。
ラストには2023年リリースのシングル 「弱者男性パスポート」 も違和感なく収まっている。
絶望から幕を開けた2020年代も、もう真ん中まで来ている。
気づいたら適正手続きの保障も5周年じゃないか。
そんな時代の節目に記念碑として残す。
いや、それだけじゃなく2025年ノイズアルバムの最高傑作とまで言わしめてやりたい。そんなアルバム。
