In 1997, during the early days of the Internet, "Pet email software PostPet" was released with the catchphrase "A pink bear delivers your mail."
At a time when the Internet was only available to a select few enthusiasts, PostPet offered a new way to have fun - communicating using a pet - and it was embraced by a wide range of people, becoming an explosive hit.
