The song originated from a message to Mori Masahiro from Izumi Kazuya of Bakatsudo, a Bakatsushi who leads organizational innovation at various companies.
Izumi Kazuya was pondering a situation.
When people around him didn't move the way he wanted, and conflicts arose all the time, how could he convey to frustrated organizational managers the importance of rewriting their own scenario, rather than the one around them?
At first, Izumi wrote a story and gave it to a certain manager. However, it didn't have much effect. So, Izumi thought, perhaps if he turned it into a song, it would reach a wider audience?
So, Izumi Kazuya gave the story to Mori Masahiro and asked him to turn it into a song.
After reading the story, Mori Masahiro was drawn in by its intriguing plot and immediately began working on the song. A danceable number he had been working on immediately came to mind. It might not be the kind of song Izumi had in mind. But he was convinced that this was the song for him, and he incorporated the story's content into the lyrics. In other words, this song was born from a collaboration between Izumi Kazuya and Mori Masahiro.
The finished song also captured Izumi Kazuya's heart, leading to this release.
