1988年12月20日、テキサス州ダラスのザ・ベースメント・クラブで行われたパンテラのFM放送用ライヴ音源をデジタル・リマスターしたアルバムがリリース！ヴォーカルのテリー・グレイズ脱退後、新たにヴォーカルとしてフィル・アンセルモを迎え入れた時期のライヴとなっており4作目のアルバム「パワー・メタル」に収録された曲が主に演奏され、その翌々年にリリースする「カウボーイ・フロム・ヘル」収録の「ジ・アート・オブ・シュレッディング」や「ザ・スリープ」もセット・リストに含まれた内容となっている。彼らがスタイルを確立した時期のサウンドを堪能できるファンにとってマストな一枚となるだろう。
