これまでインストゥルメンタル・ジャムバンドとして高い評価を得てきたBUXUSが、新たな一歩を踏み出す。ついにボーカル曲を解禁し、フロントに立つのはドラムのデニス。ウガンダと日本のハーフである彼は、アフリカのルーツに根ざした力強い歌声と、ネイティブ・イングリッシュ・スピーカーとしての確かな発音・言葉選びで、これまでの活動領域を日本国内から一気に世界へと広げる。本作「Gray All Over」は、完全セルフプロデュース＆セルフレコーディングによって制作され、彼自身のアイデンティティと、タイトルが示す“世界のグレーさ”をどう受け止めるかというテーマを、真摯かつエネルギッシュに歌い上げている。

    名古屋・栄でストリートライブを中心にジャムセッションを重ね、バンドとして結成。幾度かのメンバーチェンジを経て、2024年より現編成となり、ストリートを主軸としながら活動の幅を広げている。 アシッドジャズを下地に、エレクトロやヒップホップなどの要素を取り入れ、バンド演奏のダイナミクスや即興性を現代的なサウンドと融合させる。 メンバー 柘植達博（Gt） バンドのリーダー。これまでに累計1000本以上のライブをこなし、名古屋・栄のストリートライブシーンを牽引してきた。 shula（Syn） かつてローファイヒップホップのビートメイカーとしてインターネットシーンで注目を集めた。バンドのブレインとしてサウンドの方向性を担う。 柳原僚太（Bass） ジャズ、ポップス、ロックなど多ジャンルのセッションベーシストとして活動。バンドの屋台骨を支える。 Dennis Lwabu（Dr） ウガンダと日本のハーフ。ジャズとロックを融合させたテクニカルなドラムプレイに定評がある。
