Above, countless men in identical bowler hats and dark coats drift silently through the sky.
None of them question where they're going.
None of them look back.
But one man remains on the ground.
Inspired by René Magritte's Golconda, "Still on the Ground" imagines another possibility:
What if one man never rose into the sky?
Blending Piano-Driven Funk Pop with Modern R&B grooves, the song explores the quiet loneliness of feeling different-and the slow journey toward accepting that difference.
Is rising with the crowd the only way forward?
Or are some of life's most meaningful views only visible from the ground?
The painting never gives us an answer.
It simply leaves one man standing there...
looking up.
