You and I
You and I
You and I
You and I
Je ne regarde plus derrière
Tout est éphémère
You and I
You and I

You & I
Mio Koseki
Japanese singer-songwriter Mio Koseki brings Japanese and French together naturally in "You and I," a song about letting go of the past and moving forward.
Her distinctly Japanese sense of emotion and nuance flows seamlessly between the two languages, blending with the minimalist electronic production of French producer MJFP Music. Their second collaboration brings together J-R&B and French electro in a sound that feels light, intimate and refreshing.
Following a successful European tour and a growing presence in the French-speaking music scene, Mio continues to develop her own musical language, connecting Japanese sensibility with contemporary French sounds.
Artist Profile
Mio Koseki
Mio Koseki is a Japanese singer-songwriter and lyricist whose music moves naturally between Japanese and French. She began her career as a songwriter, writing for artists including Kana Nishino and iKON, as well as creating and performing French lyrics for commercial music in Japan. After living in France in 2013, French gradually became an integral part of her own musical expression. Blending a distinctly Japanese sense of emotion and nuance with influences from French music, pop, R&B and contemporary electronic sounds, Mio has developed a bilingual style that brings Japanese and French sensibilities together naturally. In 2024, she was selected as one of five winners worldwide of #ChanteEnFrançais, organized by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and performed at Belgium's Francofolies de Spa. In 2025, she returned to Europe for a tour across Paris and Brussels, playing to full houses throughout the tour. Today, Mio continues to create music in both Japanese and French, shaping a unique sound that connects Japan and France.
