BIRCH Tomohiro Fukushima / Guitar & Vocals Keigo Sunahara / Bass & Vocals Takuya Torita / Drums BIRCH is a three-piece alternative rock band based in Tokachi, Hokkaido, Japan. Blending shoegaze textures, emotional melodies, and walls of guitar sound, their music explores the distance between memories, landscapes, and emotions. Formed in December 2024, BIRCH began self-recording in 2025 and started performing live in May of the same year. After releasing the digital singles Deep Blue and Sekisetsu, the band released their debut EP Blue of Distance in July 2026. All recording, mixing, and mastering were completed independently by the band members in Tokachi, Hokkaido.
