He started his career as a vocalist/guitarist of the psychedelic rock band Uzumibi.Released "Some Films Regarding Love" "My Boat" and "Diorama". Released full album "Aniss and Lacanca with Chill Hearts" and 7 inch single as duo (Aniss & Lacanca) with mmm.
He participated in MO ' SOME TONEBENDER ' s solo project "Kazuhiro Momo and TapeEchoes " and You Ishihara with Friends. After the dissolution of Uzumibi, they released a mini album "Faces" with You Ishihara as sound producer and Soichiro Nakamura as engineer in their solo project < MANNERS >. She released her first full-length album as Mai Mishio, "Misio the Liar," and five independent productions of the "Hikigatari" series. In recent years, he has performed as a duo with Shinichi Tsukamoto, and held a project to cover the songs of Seiji Hiraoka. He also provides music for movies, plays and commercials, and writes essays and columns.

Mai Mishio Singer/Songwriter, Writer In 2001, she began her career with the band [Uzumibi], which disbanded in 2014. Since 2010, she has been part of the duo [Aniss & Lacanca] with mmm (Me My Mo). In 2014, she launched her solo project [MANNERS], produced by You Ishihara, and in 2017 released her solo debut album Usotsuki Mishio. She continues to perform and record under the name [Mai Mishio with Goodfellas]. As a guitarist, she has participated in various live performances and recordings, including Kazuhiko Momo's solo project [MO'SOME TONEBENDER], [Kazuhiko Momo and the Tape Echoes], and [You Ishihara with Friends]. She also works as a commercial narrator, songwriter, and essayist. Her essay collections include I Want to Live with a Cat Again (Lemon House Inc., May 2023) and Sushi Nichijo 2020-2022 Tokyo (Lemon House Inc., May 2025). In November 2025, she will release her first new album in eight years, Turn Around.
