    SOA is a singer and composer based in Osaka Active across Japans jazz scene since 2016 In 2020 SOA released the first full length album Voice of Buoy nationwide Blending pop oriented melodic lines with free jazz sensibilities This rare and distinctive sound continues to shine ever brighter within the scene Drawing from jazz soul and Brazilian music SOA aims to construct a new Japanese pop through a crossover sound Responding to a world disrupted by the COVID 19 pandemic and recurring natural disasters SOA released the EPs SUN and U Singing messages of hope and light for the future In 2026 marking the 10th anniversary of artistic activities SOA simultaneously released two brand new singles
