東京都狛江市出身、クリエイター集団・Eskimoに所属する
Eee.が新作シングル「らしい」を７/16(水) にリリースする。
本作は、”自分らしい”とは何か改めて見つめる作品
になっている。
ラッパー、トラックメイク、DJ、映像ディレクター
としての顔も併せ持つ Eee.ならではの葛藤も
表現されている。
楽曲は、アンダーグラウンドの現場で活躍している
”IN DA HOUSE”からサックス奏者の”Kazuaki Ookawa”が
参加している。Eee.の独創的なドラムパターンと
ピアノサンプリングに生音のサックスが混ざり、
Jazzyなサウンドに仕上がっている。
リリックは、Eee.らしいワードが今作も散りばめられている。
その中でもフックの部分の
”他人がどうのこうの首突っ込むならへし折ればいい。”という
一見強烈で残忍な言葉が、このサウンドとEee.のフロウにより
どこか暖かく自分らしく生きるものへのエールに聴こえる。
ジャケットは、Eee.自身がシフトレンズで撮影した
写真を使用している。一人一人のらしさを表現したものに
なっている。

    A Japanese rapper mainly active in Komae City, Tokyo Japan. "Do it as you like, stay free." is the concept for his creations. He believes that to stay free could expand the possibilities of music. The song lyrics are lined up with his unique choices of words to describe the sceneries he see and emotions he feel. His songs will make you realize the important things as a human being. Eee is a member of the creators group called "Eskimo". Besides of being a rapper, he also work as a host for radio channels and concert events.
