Yu Owada, the guitar vocalist of the rock band Popiya, which started in 2013 and became a hot topic in the Tokyo indie scene, has finally released his first solo album!
Since 2019, he has released two solo singles "How to Love?" "Winklicks"and will finally release this album, "Molecular Voyage", in which he breaks the silence of the corona disaster, is completely DIY, and he does almost all the instruments and mixes.
Genki Ohara (ex Popiya, Butterfly Frogs) participated in 3 songs M1, M2, M8 as a drummer from Vancouver, where he currently resides.
The vibe that slowly rises from the moment you wake up in the morning will carry you into the evening party before you know it. His unique only one sound that stimulates your cells takes you on a journey of the soul with a cute feeling. This album is good enough to be played through repeatedly.
Distribution starts on October 14, 2022. There is also a physical release on cassette tape.
