Quarter to Five

tiger bae is a synth-pop band formed in Tokyo by members of HOTEL MEXICO and vocalist Yuco.

They released their debut mini-album "Calm Like This Love" in 2022. The music video for the track "Deeply", featuring actress Amami Tomite, has garnered over 80,000 views. Remixes by Bark Bark Disco and JOON, artists from Jonny Jewel's label Italians Do It Better, also attracted attention.

In March 2025, tiger bae performed at SXSW 2025 in Austin, Texas. They were featured in multiple official SXSW showcases, including KEXP's Eastern Echoes - hosted by the radio station KEXP - and Italians Do It Better x Indie Sleaze.

The new song "Quarter To Five", which received a great response during their SXSW performance, is now available as a digital-only release.
