    The moon has long held great significance for us Japanese as a symbol of death and rebirth. When we look up at the sky on a rainy night, all we see is darkness. But we know. We know that beyond this darkness and rain spray, there is a special presence that cannot pierce the thick veil of clouds, but shines brightly. What the " Rainy Night Moon" symbolizes is the human imagination, which is our treasure.
