Saga of Light-Speed Lag is a narrative sound collection born as an interlude to Entangled Letters, Bound Voices.
Set in a near-future Tokyo where communication travels at the speed of light, love still lags behind.
Read receipts, unanswered messages, crossing gazes, and silent replies -
Each track captures a fleeting delay, a moment of emotional desynchronization.
An AI × Human Concerto where listening becomes reading, and sound becomes story.

Artist Profile

  • umiyamawasabi

Umiyama Wasabi is an artist who explores the theme of "AI × Humanity = Art & Music," creating works that blend poetic sensibility with a touch of humor. Utilizing generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT, SUNO, and Sora, Umiyama produces music videos that feature bilingual lyrics in Japanese and English, visually striking imagery, and distinctive loop-based structures. The debut release, "Kurai no Hamabe" (The Shore of Cry), centers around the Japanese homophones "cry" and "Kurai, meaning 'dark'", weaving a poetic world where languages and emotions intertwine. It offers a fresh musical experience born from the collaboration between artificial intelligence and human creativity.
