In medical terminology, people who happen to be present at the scene of an emergency are called "bystanders", but it seems they are expected to play a role that goes a step beyond the literal meaning of "spectator".
With "bystander"---a term carrying these meaning---as its central theme, this album was created with the primary goal of delivering pure, emotional rock. It expresses the coexisting emotions of despair and hope felt by those in psychological distress through a band sound imbued with a sense of floating.

Familiar genres include Rock, Electronica, Ambient, Electro, Club, House, Techno, Lo-Fi, Bass Music, etc. Subject matter ranges widely, from moonlit romance to idol-style, anime songs, books/content encountered, news reports, social phenomena/current affairs, following wherever inspiration leads. Tends toward sentimental, melancholic melodies and arrangements with an urban feel.
