This album inherits the spirit of my previous mixtape, Jimon Jitou-roku - a project built on constant self-reflection, from everyday moments to the bigger picture of life.
It captures the conflicts born from joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness, and the overwhelming bliss that lies beyond them.
Greed and humility, the temptation to run, the resolve to overcome it - a continuous search for what it truly means to be human.
I'm still figuring things out, but one answer has never changed:
I love music, and I want to keep doing this.
As long as I feel that way, I have no choice but to move forward - and keep pursuing what I love with this flow.
Artist Profile
daikia.k.akangaechu.
Born in 1993, rapper from Kyoto, Japan. He started rapping at the age of 17 and has been active as daikia.k.akangaechu. since he was 19. His MC name, kangaechu. means "thinking". It does not mean that he thinks about "a.k.a.", but rather that he is always thinking about something. He asks himself questions about various emotions and events he feels in his daily life and writes lyrics and songs about them.
