The Vow at Kaguraden

This ballad was born from a quiet moment at Izumo Taisha's Kaguraden- where I witnessed a loved one vow their future beneath its sacred roof. The air was steeped in a thousand years of tradition. Norito prayers echoed in ceremony, the shinobue sang softly, and from the hem of a white wedding kimono, a crimson thread danced in silence. All of it became music: a vow rendered in sound. Blending Japanese traditional instruments with Western strings, this piece gently holds a wish for eternity within its delicate harmony.
