    • Tinsha

      Tinsha is an Okinawan female singers group active in the early 2000s, formed in 2003 by Ai Aragaki, Nanako Kamiunten, Seri Miyagi, and Yukino Iha after an audition in Okinawa. Based on the legendary venue Uta Ashibi Kaguraza in Naha of Okinawa, they were also active in Okinawa product exhibitions held nationwide to perform Ryukyu Traditional Songs. In 2004, they released Unforgettable Summer Day. The lyric, mentioned the history of Okinawa with a deep message, and melody impressed many people in Okinawa and Okinawan lovers lived in outside of Okinawa at the time. With the catchphrase, "To Deliver Songs," they visited more than 100 spots throughout Okinawa Prefecture to perform, building up steadily ability. Since then, they continued activities by releasing and singing numerous songs for Okinawan fans all over Japan.
