生きることとは、内なる声どうしの闘争である。
肉付けされた動きは、短絡的な快楽と刹那的な恐怖回避行動によってしか動かない。
物心つき始めた時から、人に対する眼差しはエロティックであった。
ここで言うエロティックは、自分と他者において、
他者が意思を持たないものであると想定して、
自身の想像力や行動においてのみ、他者が操作されるとするもので、
そこから感じる喜びを、エロティックと呼ぶ。
つまり言い換えれば、他者の意識を全く介在せず、
他者の行動とその反応を観察することだけに注視することであり、
それに没頭する人生であった。
