The inspiration behind making this album was something that happened in a dream.

There was a legend that if you enter an abandoned lighthouse-like building and go down the stairs,
you can meet your future self, so I decided to go there as well.

I always had an image in my mind of going down a large spiral staircase, and we worked hard to create that atmosphere.

drop is a Japanese duo, formed in 2001 Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The members are "j" (songwriter, guitar, bass, drum, keyboards and programming) and "a" (songwriter, vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards and cello). Songs are usually recorded at home studio using old instruments like mellotron, clavinet, solina, jupiter-8 with an essence of vintage effectors.
