The latest work from the music project "Tokimeki Records," which has been attracting attention from around the world for its covers and excavations of J-POP classics from the 80s and 90s, with a focus on city pop, is Summer in Summer, a 1982 work by Junko Yagami, a legendary singer of J-POP from the 70s and 80s.
While keeping the mellow and glittering melody of the original song, Tokimeki Records' danceable FUTURE FUNK sound and arrangement that recreates the sparkling feeling of the 80s are sure to be a viral hit again this time.
