Everyone reaches a point where they start to dislike aspects of themselves, their partners, friends, or family. Sometimes, unable to express themselves openly, they inadvertently hurt others, much like a rebellious phase. It might feel like things won't improve, won't go back to the way they were, and that the future is irreparably damaged. Moving forward seems like the only option. That's why, even if it's just in your feelings, I hope you can somehow go back to the past, like a time traveler in a movie, and find at least one precious thing you cherished before. As a way to mark this transition or as a trigger for it, during events like New Year's with its traditional Osechi dishes or the routines of the year-end and the new year, I hope, even for a few seconds, you can revisit a time when you loved what you now dislike. I wish for everyone to recall the entirety of their ABCs, so to speak, to remember their "initial heart," their original intentions.
