    「アメリカ・バークリー音楽大学」「アメリカ・ニューイングランド音楽院」卒業。 渡米中は、キャロライン・ケネディー元アメリカ駐日大使出席イベントや、ボストンレッドソックスオーナー ジョン・ヘンリー氏の私邸に招かれての演奏など、日米関連の式典やレセプションでの演奏を行う。世界的ベーシスト　Dave Holland氏との共演を始めアメリカにて精力的に活動を行う。 現在は、国内に拠点を移し、企業イベントや式典でのゲスト演奏始め、三井不動産/サントリーがスポンサーとなっている自身のコンサート『BEBOP EXPRESS』『BOP CASTLE』を開催。総動員3,500名以上を動員する前売完売続出の話題のジャズコンサートを開催している。
