Mellow

This article is an introduction to the 3-member rock band Lala. After the success of their 1st single "wakare no kiss de", Lala completed a 20-show tour in December 2024. They are now releasing their second full album, Mellow, nearly a year after their first album.

The album features 14 tracks that delve into the uncertainties, possessiveness, and emotional rollercoasters of one-sided love, as well as the joy and anxiety of waiting for a reply from someone you care about. The band's signature relatable and raw lyrics about love have become even more intense and honest, creating a deeper connection with listeners.

The final track, "Find me Find you," stands out as it conveys a sense of resolve with the line, "I hope I can be one of the reasons you live." It powerfully closes the album, with the band's sense of pride as a rock group resonating not only with their generation but also with everyone who has experienced youth. This last song captures the band's ability to express both intense love and heartfelt companionship, making it a truly heartfelt conclusion.
