前作までのREM&Mell OwellからRoco JeffPort&Mell Owellに変わった事をキッカケに、よりアグレッシブなサウンドとスタイルに。
さらに今作から、制作の全てを自分達の手で創り上げるようになったという。

表題曲になっている『Soul&Think』はクールでいてホットな、都会的で泥臭い、のような相反する要素を持ち合わせたタイトルだ。
