Japanese jazz singer Tori Naruse has released his first ever solo album. After having performed as a session singer for 20 years, he now holds live solo jazz performances in Tokyo. This piece of art is made up of his favourite songs from among those he covers in his concerts. The music is created using only piano, bass and his voice. He says making his own album was a challenge, but it was also a great opportunity to see what such an endeavour at this stage in his life might bring.
